Understanding the Dekar: A Study of the EverWar Universe
The Dekar is a spiritual force of energy used by the Viper Lords in the universe. The Dekar is considered the “malevolency of the universe”.
The Dekar feeds on the anger, hatred, envy, jealously, and rage of individuals or groups. The Dekar seduces those who come close to it. The Dekar causes the air and the aura to glow a red, brown, or black flame around the user depending on their spirituality and their closeness with the Dekar.
Those of the Dekar are known to say to others “Submit to the Dekar” or “Do as the Dekar wilt”. Few of the Knights of the Covenant have been given the Dekar.
