Steve Walker, a young, sometimes cocky, smart boy is a junior in the University of Southern California. Steve’s love interest is known as Emily Hemsberg, who is also his friend. His other friends are Gregg Stykes and Ava Kelly. After a night when he was ambushed by an unknown entity with an electric-type power, causing a genetic mutation to his body. Altering his DNA, giving him abilities through an mysterious element called the Spark Velocity. With these abilities, Steve believes he can help others while trying to uncover the one responsible for his transformation. Steve dons a dark blue and yellow suit with lightning bolts marked across his arms and legs, taking up the moniker of The Astonishing Voltage.

Powers: Superhuman strength, speed, stamina, agility, reflexes, and durability Accelerated healing factor, Ability to cling to most surfaces due to static electricity, Able to shoot extremely strong lightning bolts and electricity in many sizes from his hands, Precognitive static sense (known as Shock-Aura), Genius-Level Intellect, Electricity abilities, Extraordinary leaping abilities. He is also able to swing from the lightning bolts he creates and move at lightning speed with them. The source of his power comes from the Spark Velocity, an unknown energy source which lives throughout the universe unseen by the natural eyes.
