Sinister Judge is the sole ruler of the country of Centro. Living in the city of Judgedath, within a palace of his own making, Judge became ruler after a series of debates with world leaders concerning change due to the rising heroes. Judge eventually became a powerful force on his own with knowledge of the mystic arts and technology, Judge became cloaked in his dark blue hood and cape. His body covered with a strange hardened substance controlled by his own life source. Judge’s ultimate goal is to dominate all living things in the universe and the realms beyond.

Powers: Polymath scientific genius, depicted constructing numerous devices in order to defeat his foes or gain more power, including a time machine, when he needs it. His calculations and skills lead him to create what he calls Judgedroids. They are exact replicas of Judge himself, sometimes they believe that they are him. He can also extract powers and abilities from others. He has mystical abilities, similar to Doctor Fortune and Doctor Dark. He is capable of energy projection, creating protective shields and the ability to summon up hordes of demonic entities. His metallic armor gives him superhuman strength. He can generate a defensive force field and create a lethal electric shock that can kill anyone in contact. He can also survive lengthy periods underwater and in outer space with the force field. He also has the powers of sorcery. He even has Diplomatic Immunity, since he is the ruler of Centro. His armor is equivalent of Nano Man’s own armor, which includes its self-healing ability. Mystic Sorcery, Mystical Blasts, Mystical Force-Fields, Invoke Entities, Spell Casting, Summoning, Teleportation, Dimensional Travel, Time Travel, Mystical Ensnaring, Mystical Portals, Mind Transference. Judge’s only weapon of choice would be a sword at times which resembles Excalibur, the sword used by King Arthur.
