Born of a northern Native Indian tribe, Kiviuq was destined to become a powerful Chief among his brethren. Kiviuq was visited by a deity only known as Lord Blizzard. Blizzard gives Kiviuq supernatural abilities to assist his tribe from destruction. In doing so, the tribe eventually fell to the Europeans. Upon their untimely demise, Kiviuq was placed into hibernation until his time of resurgence was at hand. He later arose during an excavation by T.I.T.A.N., leading him into his first confrontation with Commander Norland.
